BlueHealth Advantage - WalkingWorks

WalkingWorks

WalkingWorks for Employers

One of the most effective long-term ways to manage the rising cost of health care is to encourage your employees to get regular exercise. That is why Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska is supporting the efforts of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports to keep America healthy by creating WalkingWorks, the Blue Program for a Healthier Nebraska.

WalkingWorks is a plan to help you motivate your workforce to make brisk-paced walking part of their every day routine.

WalkingWorks helps your employees set personal walking goals based on their current level of fitness and health, so it's right for everyone. And, we've made it easy for you to sponsor WalkingWorks in your workplace and encourage your employees to get walking.
