Each month, this section will highlight a new health challenge that you can take as a individual or get your family and friends involved too. "Driver Safety Month"

This month is all about practicing safe driving habits. Making small changes like keeping your hands off your cell phone, watching your speed and wearing your seat belt can all greatly reduce your chance of getting into an accident and keeping you safe. Get a jump-start on learning these helpful habits by joining this month's health challenge, “Drive Safely” and develop safer driving habits that will help keep you and your loved ones safe.
