Each month, this section will highlight a new health challenge that you can take as a individual or get your family and friends involved too. "Healthy Sleep Month"

The quality and quantity of sleep directly affect the quality of your waking life, including mental sharpness, productivity, emotional balance, creativity and even your weight. That is why this month is all about taking the steps to getting healthy sleep. Start by joining this month’s health challenge, “Sleep for Better Health” and develop a plan to get seven to eight hours of sleep each day.

"Flu Prevention Month"

Every year, millions of people get sick, hundreds of thousands are hospitalized and thousands die from the flu. That is why this month is all about taking the steps to prevent the flu virus from spreading, and protecting yourself and others from getting the flu. Get a jump-start by joining this month's health challenge, “Protect Yourself from the Flu” and take the steps to prevent the spread of the flu virus and stay well this flu season.
